Joanna Weber is an initiator and founder of the start-up International Virtual Gallery of Art (2025). She studied Baltic and German philology at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (Poland), Martin Luther University in Halle-Wittenberg and Cologne (Germany), as well as cultural anthropology at the University of Hamburg (Germany). She has worked with several cultural and scientific institutions and NGOs around the world. She is the author of books, scientific articles and projects for the promotion of culture.
