Mémoire de sable

A retrospective exhibition celebrating 50 years of the Enduropale in Le Touquet-Paris-Plage (France).

It has become a tradition in Le Touquet-Paris-Plage that each Enduropale race begins with an exhibition at the Palais de Congrès, presenting the history of motor sports. Since 2023, we have been able to regularly see the work of French artist Benjamin Benéteau, who not only designs the race poster, but also paints portraits of the individual drivers taking part in the competition.

Benjamin Benéteau was born in 1989 in France. He lived in Haiti for several years and then moved permanently to Belgium, where he graduated from the Institut Saint-Luc in Brussels with a degree in comic book art. This unique artist is the author of numerous albums and has recently specialized in illustrating motorsports and automotive events.

Below we present a few pictures from this year’s exhibition ‘Mémoire de sable – retrospective des 50 ans de Enduropale Le Touquet’.
